Alot of Venezuelans were crossing the Rio, they of course have the best real reason for fleeing thus better chance at asylum "if they go through the legal process". Entering through the Rio instead of applying at the border entrances, is not that legal application. You do not enter a side bathroom window then expect permission of entrance into a home after you break in, when the legal entrance is the front doorbell.

The problem is if the pumps stay closed to long then the trucks can’t get food and essentials like medication to the stores and the people run out of supplies and start taking what they need..We could have full blown rioting and anarchy..True leaders are supposed to stop theseissues from happening or at least come up with solutions that can ease the situation till things can return back to normal
