Living in a rural area, it is like pulling teeth to find local vendors for almost anything. If you find a local vendor of a national product, it is impossible to talk to that vendor without talking to a national switchboard. Case in point, leafguard gutters. They have a local area code phone number, but it sends you to the national switchboard where they take your info and then the local vendor calls you. Like I've got time to sit around and wait all day for a return call. Service sucks.
