We've come along way since then (if that document is real), and we've realized that character doesn't lay within a man's skin pigmentation, but rather it lay within his very soul.

Time to shore up the dam and to strengthen it with the hard and good works of every American willing to call themselves American, and this is regardless of the color of one's skin.
