One add to this - Why can't these corporations re-enter the factories and lands in which they abandoned that are sitting empty all over this country, otherwise instead of breaking new ground and delaying the quick set up that is needed to start manufacturing and building products again ?
The restore of old facilities still available that they had once abandoned would be faster and cheaper to reoccupy than to build brandnew therefore taking years to become productive again.

It's why I invested in a lot of industrial property reits, as their stock and preferred stock prices drop with cancelling tennants on only 10-20% of their properties, they will have no problem replacing them with tennants on larger longer rental terms and the short term anomaly creates dip that creates a 9-10% divy return.

Praying to multiple deities or gods is part of the old history, so don't try to side step it all now. Tribalism comes with many different cultural positions taken, and before you start carrying on about Europeans and such in your negative way, just remember that history isn't hidden for you.
