Planting a left wing reporter into a national security gathering between top officials during a critical event, and this in order to set it up, and then blow it up, should come with a charge of treason and an attempted theft of state secrets in order to undermine the government while it was coordinating and conducting itself during a military excersize that was not meant to include the infiltrator that somehow ended up in the line up, and began to exploit the position in a possible underhanded way.
