Good Americans are those who hate merit, good character, earned wealth, choices made in freedom there of, otherwise just as long as it's respecting other's, and not forcing immorality or stupidity on those who just want to be left alone, and to be left to worship and live their lives along with raising their children up to be honorable Americans with great character and decency about themselves like they want them to be ?

Simple stuff... You ready ?
In jobs we have different levels of employment that are suitable for certain levels of society who are seeking or working a job on their way up the ladder. It could be that they are awaiting a career start while using a temporary employment until that career job comes into play. In this situation an employee can be tested as to their devotion and need of the employment at the level they desire. Merit and one's need is always fluid in these thing's. No one choice or job defines a person's needs, until that person decides for themselves what that need is. A company can only accommodate the employee's need to be based upon the person's choice and then a merit system in place to gauge the person's progress. It is a companies best policy to realize the company platform and operational agenda, and then set it's pay scales in accordance to it's needs with incentives customized to keep the operation stable and running smoothly.

Most waffle house employees are young starter employee's that aren't looking to make waffle house, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, car washes, Walmart cashier's, and the list goes on for their final destination in their careers. Now with this said, their are those who do make these places a career, and therefore they work their way up the payscale after so many months and year's of service, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

No one is ever talking about these people when comparing careers or skill levels in the context that you are suggesting or inferring here, but only that a starter employee should not be expecting the same pay without earning it over time is all.

Example: A McDonald's employee that is hired at age 18 should absolutely not require a start pay that is so high that it leaves no room for the company to use a merit system that proves the employee over time.
