Police Departments all across this country need to clean up their houses

If an officer is a supporter of Trump's policies (not necessarily the man himself), many people can easily understand.

Last Spring & Summer many young folks were running wild.

Most local authorities just sat back and did nothing, They were either afraid to, or they approved of the chaos.

If the cops tried to restore law & order for the good people of their city, they would be ordered to stand down by their civilian superiors.

And when they saw "that woman" kneel in the Capitol to show homage to that phony movement, that was the last straw for many cops!

The capitol police answers to congress, not the president.

They are funded by a Congressional Committee which provides virtually no oversight and certainly no control

There is a Board consisting of The Sargent At Arms of each House and the Capitol Police Chief that runs it almost independently. And yes..an investigation is warranted

Rachel Maddow says a burning city is a peaceful protest and no tear gas was warranted....and then, when there is video of tear gas being used at the Capitol building, Rachel Maddow says no tear gas was used because they were white rioters.....and that must be the fact.

Even if I were to stipulate that the broad was "attacking" Congress- even though the evidence showed that she only wanted to lobby Congress so they would stop the steal- it isn't "terrorism" at all. It was a protest , civil disobedience, or perhaps a case could be made for"sedition/insurrection" . But no civilians were targeted for a terror attack at all. To call it "terrorism" is misuse of the word. The fact that libs were "terrified" that the people are wising up to their shenanigans isn't "terrorism".
