Yes, Park police did have plans to remove the protesters at Curfew, regardless of Barr wanting them removed for Trumps plan to stroll the Park. Removing them and using force and tear gas early, about a half hour before curfew, is still unanswered.

No one lied to you, it happened...there is video with time stamps of when it happened. There is video of Barr talking with Park Police Chief in the Park, before the other forces arrived.... who else did Barr speak with, National G u are or homeland security chiefs?
