Police charge man with murder after dismembered woman found in freezer

NEW ORLEANS —
The New Orleans Police Department announced Friday night a man is being charged with second-degree murder days after police found a woman dismembered inside a freezer in the 9th Ward.

Benjamin Beale, 34, had previously been charged with obstruction of justice, drug and weapons charges. He was rebooked and is being held at the Orleans Parish Justice Center, police said. Beale reportedly had no criminal record prior to his arrest.

Police said they discovered the body Tuesday in the 2200 block of Pauline Street. Court documents said police were at the home in reference to a missing person report. Documents identified the missing person as Julia Dardar.

Not far from here 2 fellas were arrested for murder. They chopped her up, wrapped her up and put her in the freezer with her name on the packaging. They were eating her. There are pics of the poor gal in a cage and living in torture till they killed her. Rumor has it, they were selling it on the dark web, but I doubt that very much.

Not long after they were arrested, the shitty little shack house burned to the ground. People like to burn places where evil dwelled, but could be someone burned it for them.

sounds like they should charge the guy.....as far a Capital Murder, I am not sure what the code is in LA....but there hasn't been an execution in LA since 2010
