Police charge man with murder after dismembered woman found in freezer

NEW ORLEANS —
The New Orleans Police Department announced Friday night a man is being charged with second-degree murder days after police found a woman dismembered inside a freezer in the 9th Ward.

Benjamin Beale, 34, had previously been charged with obstruction of justice, drug and weapons charges. He was rebooked and is being held at the Orleans Parish Justice Center, police said. Beale reportedly had no criminal record prior to his arrest.

Police said they discovered the body Tuesday in the 2200 block of Pauline Street. Court documents said police were at the home in reference to a missing person report. Documents identified the missing person as Julia Dardar.

Yup. I am at the point now where I just want these freaks killed.

And killed quickly.

Especially when progresdive DA's refuse to charge these animals appropriately.

Just kill them now. Protect society.

Makes me think of that 90s show Picket Fences where the cops kept finding dead bodies in freezers.

Tough sell if he pleads insanity. What judge or jury could argue he isn't?

IMO all murderers with empirical evidence against them should get the death penalty, or at least give that option to the families that are harmed. However the problem with the death penalty is that takes so long to carry out that it's really not a deterrent any longer. Are you worried about what's going to happen to you 15 or 20 years from now? Most people are not.

He won't get the death penalty, and in fact might get probation considering the area he committed the crime in.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Death Row shouldn't be a career.
