All trump did was challenge the election results which has become common practice since the Dems lost in 2000
What Obama did was far beyond that, he spread Russian disinformation he knew was illegally obtained by Clinton and the dnc in 2016. All part of his more flexible with Putin policy and the great Russian reset of his admin, to undermine our democracy

The truth? They twisted the intel community's report about Russian interference 180 degrees in order to investigate and smear Trump. They will likely be charged with conspiracy to deprive Trump and others of their civil rights under color of law.

The judge on the FISA court during the operation to spy on Trump was the same judge who gave the corrupt FBI agent a slap on the wrist.
"The only person charged in the Justice Department’s investigation into the origins of the probe of former President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign and its ties to Russia was spared prison time for altering an email used to support a surveillance application.

Anyone losing would say that as a denial that they lost and actually won.
So he was behind in the polls and making accusing as to why he appeared to be losing
It’s the latest comment by Trump in which he has sought to undermine confidence in the American electoral system in the event he loses in November. In the interview, he also repeated false claims that he won the state of Wisconsin during the 2020 election and cast doubt on whether ballots will be counted “honestly.”
So where was Gabbards' outreague or claims of subverting the will of hthe people with Trump.

As far as the GOP want to take it.
If found guilty, Obumma can be punished as much as the GOP want to punish him.
Maybe they can keep Obumma in the DC Gulag for a few years like they did the J6 prisoners, just waiting for his charges, deprived of bail, visitation, food and healthcare.
