🚨Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard announces she has STRIPPED the security clearances of:

Even better it was a letter, protected by the First Amendment.

I imagine there will be lawsuits.
Let’s pretend that your real life first name is “Zinc.” And let’s pretend that your real life surname is “warrior.”

And let’s say that in the real world I publish a letter describing you (falsely) as a Putin prostitute. And let’s say that this damaging claim hurts your reputation and your feelings and seriously damages your business.

You know what? You could sue me. The first amendment doesn’t prevent suits for defamation.

Accordingly, it doesn’t justify what those 51 guys wrote to pretend that the 1st Amendment protects such “speech” from having consequences.

Jesus. Trump just wants to use government to hurt people who have opinions he doesn’t like.
Yeah, that’s it

Stuck the landing

10s across the Board

You have to believe Hunter’s laptop really was “Russian disinformation”. Is that you believe??

This is the letter in question.

This is a paragraph from that letter.

We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails, provided to the New York Post by President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not and that we do not have evidence of Russian involvement

So, explain what they lied about?

The whole letter was a political operation hatched by the Biden admin to mislead the American People.

Wait, you want Pam Bondi to use the DoJ to go after Trump’s political opponents for expressing their right to free speech?
It wasn't free speech, it was an attempt to interfere with the election. More so than the advertisements taken out on Facebook by Russia.

Just curious, were you okay with Joe Biden's using the DOJ to attack his political opponent?

Define election interference and explain why it isn’t covered by the first amendment.

Why not ask the Russians? Or even Trump, since for four years, you claimed he was elected because of the Russians.

To Me, election interference is done under cover of authority, like stating that you have 30 years experience in intelligence and the fact that the President's son is mixed up in felony foreign affairs and getting paid to provide access to his Vice President foater and under that color of authority, claiming it looks like a Russian operation -- Knowing FULL WELL that it was not -- and then using the pretence to put pressure on media to QUASH the story.

Yeah, first amendment My ass. Let a single conservative try that and they'd be executed.

Russians don’t have first amendment rights. Americans do.

Didn’t you know that?

Russians did not directly make the ads, Americans did. Didn't you know that?

Regardless, the letter was MORE than just interference, it was deliberate fraud.

They are paying the price, as they should, with their clearences, and I won't shed a tear if their misleading the American voter gets them criminal charges.

Discussion is over.

Using a proxy doesn’t change anything. Election interference applies to foreigners, not citizens.

Even if you could prove they lied (which there’s no evidence of), its still protected by the first amendment.

Trump is using government authority to suppress speech. People will now think twice before criticizing him because they’re afraid of repercussions.

I rise in support of Tulsi.

:p

She's hawt.

I gave you the letter in which they CLEARLY stated they didn't know for sure if their OPINION was accurate. That's not how one typically tries to deceive. And there was no "Biden administration", it happened during the Trump administration.

15th post
They paid Hunter Biden for his name

What is the benefit? Other companies are more likely to do business with Burisma because they have a Biden, with absolutely no influence, on their board? How does that help those companies? The bottom line is that a name with no influence is of no use.

Shokin wasn’t the good guy. He was corrupt, running a corrupt department. I’ve

That is what you were told by many of the same 51 intelligence experts who signed a letter stating that the laptop story was Russian disinformation. Those same experts influence the opinions of other experts around the world. That is how you end up with a groups of experts who are of the same WRONG opinion.

Firing Shokin allowed for the appointment of a new investigator who jumped on the case and ended it rather quickly. Maybe the Burisma CEO just got lucky and Shokin’s replacement was just incompetent. Maybe he was innocent, which would beg the question why all the hoopla about firing an investigator. Or maybe, just maybe, he hired the son of the CURRENT VP of the US and the point man representing the US foreign policy in the Ukraine and paid him millions to get exactly what he wanted. It sure looked like it was money well spent.

What about a board of directors that has the son of a former VP on it. Would make it easier to do business abroad wouldn't it? That should be worth a couple of thousands.

Joe was the acting VP when Hunter was at Burisma, but it goes even deeper than that. Joe was also the special envoy to Ukraine as appointed by Obama during that same time. Biden pardoned anyone and everyone associated with this all of this before he left office. It was a super shady situation that Democrats wanted to sweep under the rug and continue to do so to this day. I can’t imagine the amount of brain fog it takes to would prevent someone from not seeing the most obvious explanation for Hunter’s employment.

Why would having a person having nothing but the right name, with no influence, make it easier to do business unless? Companies don’t do business with a company JUST for a name. It doesn’t work that way. If having a guy named Biden on the board increased Burisma’s business, it would be because their customers would be hoping for some type of gain, namely influence.

They go on to later use media articles as evidence to make their points. The whole letter was a deception.
The Biden admin commissioned this letter and they knew the laptop was real.

There was no case. Investigations tend to produce some tangible evidence. There is none.
