I used to live in Minnesota 40 years ago. At that time I lived in a small town just south of the Twin Cities. Even back then Somalis were coming into the area. None of them worked. They were always fishing and they were all given $20,000 for settling there, of which they used to buy brand new cars. I looked at my old neighborhood in Sioux Falls on Google Maps -- decent middle class when we lived there, when I was like 17 years old, and in the 50 year time between then and now, it's become a foul ghetto, full of Hispanics and Africans.
