I used to live in Minnesota 40 years ago. At that time I lived in a small town just south of the Twin Cities. Even back then Somalis were coming into the area. None of them worked. They were always fishing and they were all given $20,000 for settling there, of which they used to buy brand new cars. Residents were upset and jealous because these people did not work, only fished, and drove around in brand new cars.
