While I was in Saudi Arabia for 5 1/2 years I used every tax loophole given to me by the government of the US of A. If tax loopholes are cheating because very smart people use them, then the stupid people should learn how to use the loopholes also. But they wont, because stupid people "WANT" to pay their fair share of taxes, right?
