So it's necessary to post gibberish as I did in this thread in order to satisfy the rules?

So a poster can't post a derogatory opinion in the OP due to the "clean start" rule but MUST post "filler" in the OP in order to satisfy the 2-sentence rule.

This is idiotic.

I know right?
I have some occasional disagreements with some of the Board Rules and in how they are used (or failed to be used) by the Mods.

Indeed, I’ve received some Mod sanctioning in the past, too. Some quite justified, I have to confess. Some, not so much.

So, my agreement with rightwinger is limited to his advice to the OP to stop whining.

The job of a mod has to suck ass. So I don’t mind trying to juggle saying what I have in mind and avoiding the shit that triggers some mods.

I mean I'll be the first one to admit that some stuff on here crosses the line and I think that it should at least be addressed, but this is over the top! 🙄

Yea? Should rules be uniformly enforced or is that also a radical concept?

I have been on 3 boards this one has the most lenient moderators. The worst is Quora where moderators are political and will stalk conservatives. Appreciate what you have here they allow a lot.

This is a discussion forum. The purpose of including personal content in a new thread is for several reasons:

1. It establishes why you believe it is a relevant topic for discussion.

2. It gives your audience the opportunity to know what your position is on your topic.

3. Both of the above are fundamentals in advancing the discussion that YOU started.

If you start a conversation and no one understands your position in the opening post, what is the point in even starting a topic?

If you still don't understand the guidelines, and want to discuss this further, feel free to DM(Direct Message) any one of the moderators.

Would it help if you just gave him the name of the head of the complaint department?

Her name is Helen Waite, isn't it?

All you need to do is tell him to go to Helen Waite.

Conservatives are stalked at Debatepolitics as well.

Lol! Best one I've heard in awhile, Dog 👍

Was this one too much in describing the OP though as I know that it's in zone 1 but whining and complaining like this sort of brought it on him or herself. I'll delete it if it's a problem thought. 😁
