Well, if a fetus isn't a person until birth, then there should be no problem with this. Grant it, I'm being devil's advocate in making that statement. That said, no matter how much some want to argue privacy, the abortion debate hinges on the question of when in the human life cycle that the living human organism becomes a person worthy of the right to life and legal protection of that right.
