Plan to reforest Death Valley

Since the AGWCult believes we control the climate on planet Earth, I think it's time we formulate our plan to pick areas on the planet for terraforming.

For example, how much of a CO2 reduction is necessary to turn Death Valley back into a lush green tropical paradise?

I think a 15PPM reduction should suffice. I offer the following charts as evidence
