Philly is a special case. I was just there, like two days ago. The place is a complete ******* mess. They have a lot of little mom and pop churches there, half of them are still telling their flock not to wear masks.

And, the degree of distrust of whites by blacks, in the Philly area, is completely out of control. There is ONE black woman who's making it her life's business to talk to these people and get them free shots and stuff, but it's an uphill battle
