I went to traffic court on a BS ticket...the black lady in charge didn't listen to a word I said because she was talking to some guy with traffic court gossip. After I was done with my speech they just kept talking. So finally I said YOUR HONOR. She turned he head towards me and dismissed and went back to gossiping.

Anyhow all the city employees working there were black and oddly enough most of the people fight thier tickets were black.
