Senate Democrats repeatedly berated Pete Hegseth, President-elect Donald Trump's nominee to head the Department of Defense, during his confirmation hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee on Tuesday. Despite being repeatedly badgered by critical Democrats, Hegseth has stood firm. Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen began the session by asking Pete Hegseth why he decided to become a woman abusing Nazi from hell who cheated on his wife, as the exchange steadily went down from there. Five female Democrat Congress women then assaulted Pete Hegseth in Senate chambers and put him in a head lock until he decided to admit he had been unfaithful to his wife. Pete admitted he was not a perfect person like every member within Congress was, but still stood firm that he had asked for forgiveness and moved on with his life as he resisted the attacks, after which he was tarred and feathered and put in a dunking booth for several hours afterwards.
After the event, Pete was given Rabis shots and a pair of Trump's golden sneakers as Pete was quoted as saying, "Not sure it was worth it, but Ok. I like me some gold sneakers!!"
