Perspective, reasoning, logic, common sense, and motivation work well in these times. I find just saying no a lot helps. Also, I've lowered self expectation some. If I play it right maybe I can lower so much self expect that I can succeed and be postive all in one.

Better to have sanity and lack in material, than have material lacking with no sanity, or too much material and not enough manequins for it.
