Good way to get some fresh air, not a lot of physical activity.

and, if you ever need a firearm, you know you can hit what you aim at.
 
It's funny I like doing kids stuff, but I really don't like kids that much..... I mean in small doses, ok but I would lose my marbles being a teacher!
 
I love kids, mine most of all.
 
BTW Rick Hanson says you can hardwire happiness.

LOL That's funny. I think his idea is that you remember something that made you happy and you take 15 seconds to stay with the memory of it in a bodily way.

I tried that last night. Tried to think of something happy and calming to get to sleep.
I had a hard time with that. Every happy memory I have makes me cry.
Or makes me mad (cause it's gone)

Well, you could start with something simple and ordinary. Like the joy of taking a shower. The warm water, the soap or shampoo and it's scent, the invigorating feeling of the water hitting your body. Stuff like that. Something that doesn't involve loss.

If you can feel the memory in your body where it still lives on a cellular level then it isn't really lost.

But that's neither here nor there. It's a process I guess.
 
Everything I think of that makes me happy, is unattainable, so, it makes me sad.
I carry on though. Overall, life is good.
Going through the motions.
