I have no issues on vote counting delays in Pa ...

...as long as there are multiple monitors watching every step of the process at all times, every step is recorded / filmed, every step is transparent, chain of custody documentation is followed / recorded, the IDs of every single person involved is recorded, and possibly have federal marshalls oversee the process and safeguard the ballots and chain of custody documentation.

That's not too much to ask for to guarantee election integrity...

Why is all of that necessary? Simply understand better how it works so your divergent, paranoid brain isn’t controlling your emotional well-being.

Mail in ballots must be requested by the registered voter.
So then the state already knows who and how many voters received ballots by mail when starting their count. There will always be fewer returned or completed properly than went out.
There can never be more.
The hand counts in 2020 proved this easily.
