When you start a company with a small amount, over a period of 40 years the value of the stock increases as the company profits, retains earnings, and expands. As the companies grow and expand, the stocks increase in value.

The huge increase is normal for any small company which is building. The Pelosi were both entering their highest income years when Nancy was elected to the House. Her husband was wealthy and at the peak of his earning years so it's not surprising that their personal companies grew at a fast rate during this time.

This is puppy shit compared to the BILLIONS of dollars Donald Trump's net worth has increased just since taking office last January. Trump was never a billionaire or even close to being one, until he won re-election, and suddenly his net worth has exploded to over $6 billion in less than 24 months.
