For her to hold such power for so long is akin to the system employed by the CCP. You should not want this to continue, it hurts Americas success. One weak party of old, powerful individuals just ensures that the other party doesn't have amble checks and balances. That's not going to lead to American prosperity, is it?

When would the public funding start and who would qualify for it?

See, public funding won't work, because the private funding would simply move to before the candidates are formally chosen. We would still only get the candidates the parties choose for us because:

You would have to qualify for public funding, and how do you do that? You have to get votes one way or another, or everyone would run for office to get the funding.

Term limits should be pushed by Trunp. In fact, I would argue that promoting a promise to push for term limits would be a major.boost to him in the midterms.. It is repeated by U.S.voters constantly on social media, both sides of the aisle. It also makes perfect sense when you have presidential term limits, why not the same for congress?

The DC establishment began to have a lot more power over the politicians during Clinton's terms. To keep the establishment from supporting democrats more, Bush Jr. basically had to give the establishment everything it wanted. So much that it ruined the GOP and the establishment need a new pig to put lipstick on. Obama was the perfect choice. Hillary Clinton was a quintessential establishment politician and by then the people were disgusted with pro-establishment politics and elected Trump in protest. So up until then there were 6 terms of pro-establishment politics. Trump was so scary to the establishment they had to steal the 2020 election from him and install another quintessential pro-establishment puppet. Biden was perfect. 7 terms. Now, Trump, fearing for his life and not wanting to repeat another war with the establishment, is caving to a lot of their demands. 7.5 terms. Sooner or later the people are just going to have to stop voting for these pro-establishment politicians.

The winners of the primaries go on to run in a national election with another set amount of money funded by the taxpayers... no donors... no favors to pay back...
Presidential elections can stay the way they are... they are already term limited...

I agree, the longer the better. She's already deep into cognitive decline, and the more damage she does before she finally dies, the better.

No donors... each candidate gets the same amount of exposure via the media outlets... now sure they will hate this because they get rich from campaigns but its time for them to give back... the media outlets could still sell ad space to make up for their loss...or the taxpayer can fund the media time... other nations do this and so can we... but we can't with your attitude of it can't be done... of course it can be done...
