Remember those cap guns we played with as a kid? Long strips of red tape with little bubbles of gunpowder. Do they still make that stuff? I guess kids aren't allowed toy guns anymore much less with gunpowder.

If I had my way, I'd stick pieces of that tape all over Washington everywhere Nancy went that every time she went somewhere and stepped on something, a little cap gun "bang" would go off.

You know, just to keep her nerves frayed.
