How does having less money help you follow your dream?
That depends on what your dream is.
Right. If your dream is to beg for money on the streets so you don't lose your house or if you dreamed of trading your good credit rating for an EBT card, then it's great to lose your full-time position.
More people have been pushed down the ladder of success with Obama's job killing policies. More will need welfare to survive and there are millions less tax payers. So, the middle class people who are still lucky enough to have a job are going to get raped by the IRS.
When will liberals admit that the purpose behind the left's policies is to destroy capitalism and bring in socialism? That is what they are trying to do with each new oppressive policy. I know some lefties are secretly excited about the progress the left has made in bringing America to her knees so they can finally change the country. Never mind that other countries have imploded because socialism/communism is unsustainable. Countless countries have gone down this road and there is only one destination. The place is called Liberal Hell. Before you get there, you have to go through Detroit and that is just up the road.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results each time. Dictators aren't smart. In fact, they are extremely narcissistic and greedy and they have no compassion or intelligence. As long as they have power, they are happy, and they take no blame for the misery their quest for power causes other people. That is why every dictator controls information to the public and imposes restrictions on free speech. People aren't allowed to see how the rest of the world lives or what they think. And no one is allowed to say a bad word against their government or they are deemed an enemy of the state and face severe punishment. If people were allowed to say how unhappy they are, it would show the world that there is no such thing as a benevolent dictator or a liberal utopia.
Over a 100 years ago, liberal politicians stated that slavery was the law, so deal with it. Now they say Obamacare is the law, so deal with it. It matters not that they were wrong then and are wrong now. What matters is that they do as they please and they will continue to ridicule anyone who doesn't go along.
When Pelosi and other Dems say incredibly stupid things, like how nice it will be to lose your full time job, they are merely demonstrating their dictatorship mentality. They are incapable of admitting that their policies cause misery, so they pretend that all the side effects of their power grabbing ways are all good. Even though they know they're not, they don't care.
We hear a lot of stupid shit like this from the mouths of liberal politicians. The useful idiots soak it up. Those who don't will pay the price. Valerie Jarrett said so before the last election.
The polls lately indicate that people are passionate about keeping more of what they earn, respecting our laws (especially immigration) and they hate government dictating what we have to purchase. The loss of more jobs will only increase that passion.
Pelosi and the Dems might find out that people who lose their jobs will indeed follow their passion. They just won't like it when they realize that the passion of many is to get our country back on track and that means voting out some real losers.
