Thatcher was only hit and miss. It's impossible to find a leader anywhere who was perfect or near perfect, there is always plenty of issues to consider.

Under Obama, there were abuses of process being alleged, especially with drones and his enactment of your Obamacare. He also had a poor reputation for defending Whistleblowers.

Biden had allegations of weaponizing the courts and lawfare against the entire Trump family and other deemed enemies.

Trump has to walk the tightrope of ensuring justice but not becoming the devil that his adversaries are chastised for. Transparency, accountability of authorities coupled with defending Whistleblowers will lend immense credibility to his term in office and set the bar for the next president.
