They honestly do. They love vacationing here and when I went there to spend a month, they pleaded with me to make a traditional American Thanksgiving dinner. It was such an event and they scarfed it down, even though I'm not much of a cook! Fed about 10 people and I got so many hugs and smooches that evening!

I asked them when I visited London what they ate that they considered traditional English cuisine.......and the lady behind the counter told me "French Food".

They really don't have a lot of pride in their food. They like eating food from other countries.

Yeah! When she came here, food was a huge part of her visit. She wanted BBQ ribs, but we picked the wrong restaurant, the Tony Roma chain, and the ribs were blah. We should have taken her to one of the black mom & pop eateries and gotten GOOD ribs. She LOVED going out for sushi!

I actually enjoyed the Chinese take-out and corner kebab joints in England.
