Well this sucks.
Hopefully we'll win in the end and this antagonizer will end up being deported. For now however, the pos is out.

Mahmoud Khalil – a Palestinian activist at the center of a long-running deportation fight – has been released from the Louisiana ICE detention center where he has spent more than three months after he was arrested outside his apartment on Columbia University’s campus, his attorneys said.

Exactly which law did he break?

Oh BS there is no such thing as a "Palestinian".

Desert nomad goat fugger maybe

He will continue to harass Jews.

Because there are certain rules to visas. You have to do something to deserve being deported.

The Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966?
Did I’ say that? I said 1996

He didn't have to break a law.

Executive Orders signed by President Donald Trump in his first weeks in office was a directive linked to last year’s campus protests over the Israel-Gaza war.

The order called for the revocation of student visas for individuals suspected of sympathizing with Hamas. “To all the resident aliens who joined in the pro-jihadist protests, we put you on notice: come 2025, we will find you, and we will deport you,”

Nobody on the left seemed to care that mom and pop Jan 6 demonstrators spent about a year in jail without a trial and when they finally went before a judge they were sentenced to 4 freaking years for misdemeanor trespass. Kahlil is a guest in the U.S. and lefties worry more about his constitutional rights that don't exist than American citizens. No wonder they lost the freaking election.. Democrats are on the wrong side of every issue.

So that was just another example of trump overstepping his authority. The U.S. Constitution, specifically the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, guarantees due process rights to all individuals within U.S. borders, regardless of their immigration status. Trump tries to make lots of batshit crazy proclamations. That doesn't make them law.

You're back to whining about insurrectionists being held accountable for their crimes. Give me a break.

No so much.

Green card holders - student VISA holders are subject to revocation for their actions and do not have the same Constitutional protections as US Citizens.

My mistake. I apologize. The question is still basically the same. What part of that act did he run afoul of?
Sure the govt says his support of terrorist runs foul with our national security interest and thus his visa is revoked
