Palestinian antagonizer Mahmoud Khalil is released after spending over three months at a Louisiana detention center

Exactly which law did he break?

He didn't need to break any laws. He's not a citizen, and he's a troublemaker. We don't need people like him in our country. It's a privilege for him to be here, not a right. Hopefully we will be able to be rid of him.

No so much.

Green card holders - student VISA holders are subject to revocation for their actions and do not have the same Constitutional protections as US Citizens.
For Green Card Holders:
  • Green card holders, also known as lawful permanent residents, have the right to a hearing before an immigration judge if the government seeks to deport them or revoke their green card.
  • The government must provide "clear and convincing" evidence to support its claims in such cases.
  • Green card holders have the right to contest the allegations, present evidence, and be represented by legal counsel.
For Student Visa Holders:
  • Student visa holders also have due process rights, including the right to remain silent, consult an attorney, and appear before an immigration judge.
  • If immigration authorities believe a student visa holder is deportable, they are given a notice to appear, initiating an immigration court case.
  • Like green card holders, visa holders are afforded the same due process and the government carries the burden of proof in deportation proceedings.

Sure the govt says his support of terrorist runs foul with our national security interest and thus his visa is revoked
You still think trump's silly proclamation is law, don't you?

Precisely the key in both of your e.g. is "Immigration Judge and Immigration Court Case".

Remember those terms.

Not criminal judge or the same burden on the State.

Your opinion isn't law. Doesn't matter how much you think it should be.

Not sure what yoj are talking about…the 1996 law I was referring ti was signed by Clinton

And by the way, you guys are all the same. You look for every scrap of evidence in order to defend an Islamist.

He was probably taken into custody as punishment for exercising his constitutional right to support Palestinians. If the act you reference was applicable, he wouldn't have been released.

He was taken into custody cause his visa was revolved for violating the law

He’s free to support Hamas, in his home. He’s not free to support Hamas here

His support for Hamas, a terrorist organization.
No. He supports the Palestinians, as is his constitutional right. Why do you think he was released?

Pending his deportation hearing. Evidently a judge doesn't believe he's not a flight risk

15th post
You're back to whining about insurrectionists being held accountable for their crimes. Give me a break.
Kahlil demonstrates against the U.S. and gives aid and comfort to out Islamic enemies but mom and pop demonstrators wandered into the congressional building when the FBI opened the freaking doors and they are condemned as "insurrectionists" while real insurrectionists are raping and murdering American citizens and burning cities. Give me a freaking break.

He's free to support anyone he wants. In this case it was Palestinians, not Hamas like fox claimed.

I don’t disagree he’s just not free to have a visa

He made bond

He supports Hamas
The judge indicated in the order that the conditions of Khalil's release shall not include electronic monitoring or a requirement that a bond be immediately posted.
