It's 100% the fault of elitist arrogant Univ presidents. In 2011 they likely could have added Texahoma, Texas, Oklahoma, Baylor and Tech. They passed on that. Then, post USCLA announced they were leaving, they passed on a TV deal almost the same as the Big 12 got. Kliavkoff had a linear deal at around 30 Mil per school and the U presidents said we want 50 mil. He needed to be an advisor as opposed to a yes man. Yormark understood the market stepped in and took the deal the PAC passed on.It's amazing how this once proud conference has crumbled.
