I am a Pennsylvania resident and a terribly literate person, and I confess that I don't know what a mask mandate is.
With NO MANDATE, one wears a mask when indoors communing with people who are not members of your immediate household and you are not actively eating or drinking, AND you wear a mask if you are outdoors in an environment that forces you to be in close proximity with other humans (can't stay 6' apart). That's it. Those are the ONLY TWO circumstances where wearing a mask makes any sense.
These are the precautions that all non-FOOLS are taking right now.
What does a "mask mandate" add to those two implicit mandates?
The following would be stupid:
- Wearing a mask at home when no strangers are in the house,
- Wearing a mask when alone in a car, or in a car with someone who is part of your immediate household,
- Wearing a mask outdoors when not physically close to other humans.
Where does a mask mandate fit into this? Is Sleepy Joe suggesting that "we" wear masks in any of the three bulleted circumstances above? If so, it and he are stupid.
Seriously. What does a "mask mandate" add to the two obvious and implicit mandates mentioned above?
