Pretty soon they will be considered as much a pain in the ass as Hari Krishnas became in airports in the 70s. Is this really the reason Obama ran for President? To become a pain in the ass to all of us??

I think there's some truth to that. It seems Obama doesn't care if anything works. He seems happiest when there is chaos and suffering. Obama supports colleges students. They helped get him into office. Now they're becoming a major league pain in the ass.

In the last book written by community organizer Saul D. Alinsky shortly before his death in 1972 it was Alinsky's attempt to impart his theory and methods of organizing to the current generation of young activists.

Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. So this is the reason it seems Obama doesn't care. It's all part of the plan he learned at Harvard and taught at the University of Chicago. It's why he has friends like Bill Ayers and other radicals.

Could the OWS protesters be any more delusional or insane?

This Friday, Black Friday, the Occupy Wall Street protesters plan on demonstrating against business retailers on one of the busiest shopping days of the year. What is this supposed to accomplish, prevent the 99% who work in these stores from working? Preventing businesses from selling products and making a profit and in harming the economy?

FACE IT AMERICA … THE OWS PROTESTERS WHAT TO HARM THE US ECONOMY, NOT HELP IT!!! They are socialist and want to end capitalism, not help fix it.

Some demonstrators are planning to occupy retailers on Black Friday to protest “the business that are in the pockets of Wall Street.”

Organizers are encouraging consumers to either occupy or boycott retailers that are publicly traded, according to the Stop Black Friday website.

The goal of the movement is to impact the profits of major corporations this holiday season.

Most people don't take these numbskulls seriously. However, from what they are saying this is just to warmup to more violent protests next year.

The only thing that these people are doing is costing the average worker jobs. I think it's become clear that what they want is to destroy capitalism, yet as they attempt to do that they continue to take advantage of it at the same time. Donations are rolling in and the OWS is putting it in BANKS.

Talking about utter hypocrisy.

I don't think the boycott will have much effect. Their facebook group only had about 1000 "members" and I imagine only a small fraction of those were actually protesters.

Obama was what most people would call an outsider when he was growing up. He was one of those smart-alec wise guys standing in the halls making fun of other students. He wrote about it in one of his books. He admits it.

Face it. Obama is not and never will be a decent person. It's gonna take a billion dollars for his campaign and the media to make him look like he isn't a total asshole.

I was thinking the same thing. I think the OWS will be biting off more than they can chew today if they try anything with those shoppers.

OWS got scared. Just boycotting and not actually going will be satisfactory. They wouldn't be facing a line of police trying not to hurt them, but thousands of shoppers who think they are trying to get between them and a sale. It would have been more than ugly. No one pays attention to these boycott days. When the hispanics had their boycott a few years ago, it was shop till you drop day with stores having "boycott" sales.

Around here, in Los Angeles, OWS plans have collapsed because they have not been guaranteed police protection while they engage in free speech. In Northern CA, shoppers are shooting one another. The pepper spray is flying. This is the 99%. OWS can't pretend differently.

Such goes the revolution. Ended by the battle cry of the ordinary American "Attention K-Mart shoppers!"

Notice that the brave OWS protesters won't attempt to get in the middle of that. They can emote in front of the police hoping for a little sympathy, but won't DARE confront those with no rules to protect them.

Occupying the retailers has collapsed in favor of a stay at home boycott. Which can only mean good news for the hard core sale enthusiasts, less competition.

I know a German lady who grew up in the 30s during the run-up to the 3rd Reich.

She said that what she's seeing with the OWS and in Washington is exactly the way she remembered in her childhood. The clothes are different but the rhetoric is exactly the same.

She said Hitler started out exactly the same way.

It brings back bad memories to her.

Hitler was the same way as Obama. Inspirational speaker working behind the scenes to control the country. Hitler promised socialism and he promised to take care of everyone. He used the youth in Germany to rat out their own parents. Impressionable minds are easily fooled.

It is part and parcel of the Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals. Obama is following the progressive activist movement, for change into a socialist form of government, while keeping the country in chaos is a huge step in the left direction...***

Large organizations have learned to stonewall and not empower activists. In other words, they try to ignore radical activists and are never as committed to victory as their opposition is committed to defeating them.
