Following New York's Gruesome Decision, Meghan McCain Calls Out Abortion As Pivotal Issue
While Iowa is going one way, New York is heading off in the opposite direction, allowing abortion all the way to the moment of birth, and beyond.
With Ruth Bader Ginsburg on death watch, a conservative majority to overthrow Roe v. Wade may be closer than you think.
If Roe v. Wade is overturned, our states will be the new battleground, and our nation will be divided between pro-life and pro-abort, just as before the Civil War the states were divided between slave and free.
This is the great moral issue of our time.
Dear
Blackrook
Between this abortion issue and funding for reproductive health,
the LGBT and Christian belief in public schools and institutions issues,
the Wall funding and immigration path to citizenship/Sanctuary cities issues,
funding prison and health care reforms to save and invest resources in medical education,
and investing in clean energy and production to stop pollution, corruption and waste,
ALL these issues are pointing toward SEPARATING choices of tax funding
so citizens are not forced to pay for policies against their BELIEFS.
We are heading toward more organized representation by party,
to separate political beliefs and religion from Govt, and start
recognizing free choice of taxpayers to invest in programs that don't violate their conscience or beliefs.
That's where all this is heading, because we don't all agree on
* abortion, the death penalty, euthanasia and how to pay for health care without imposing socialist or capitalist beliefs on each other
* immigration, Sanctuary cities, drug legalization, minimum wage or basic income
* marriage, faith based beliefs for or against LGBT orientation and identity, Christian beliefs in spiritual
healing and reparative therapy, social benefits through state or federal govt
* environmental issues and best approaches to clean energy production, restoration of wildlife and wilderness, and stopping pollution
The next revolution should be a parallel Reformation of the State, similar to Reformation of the Church.
Where people learned the laws to govern themselves DIRECTLY instead of relying on going through third-parties to govern for them.
When we recognize Political Parties as Political Religions, treated equally as any other Religious Organization,
we can demand that each organization pay for its own benefits, policies, and terms of services for their own members
and quit trying to impose their beliefs and terms of service and payment on the rest of the population across all 50 states.
