If you do not believe in prevention and plan for the future, and simply live the now, that is your problem. My entire life has been about planning the future so that I cope with what is coming and make sure that it doesn't hurt me (as much as possible).

Having said that, you are forgetting that farmers are already (NOW) hurting. They have less people to till the fields (because they can't find the workers that are willing to do the hard work) and are having problems selling their crops because the tariffs have made their normal customers (like China) look elsewhere for buying the products (China is now dealing with Brazil for soybeans).

As such, your post is wrong either way.

When I was very young, I studied Zen Buddhism, And the key issue there is “that it will pass”. When things are great, for sure they will change to the bad at one point, and when things are bad, for sure they will change for the good. That has always been my ideology in life, and why I have never been a political person. Presidents only last no more than 8 years, so that ideology fits. On the other side of the coin, that ideology is different with people. If a person is bad, probabilities is that he will be a bad person for his entire life. As such, what I fervently defend is mórals, ethics, principles, and humanity and those I believe in, to the nth degree. Once again, you do not understand the meaning of anything. You are a totally ignorant person who is a puppet for anyone with the things you personally want, and none them have anything to do with ethics, mórals, principles, or humanity.
