Are they also going to sponsor a bill that denies the bad guy from possing a gun or does the criminal get a free pass? Oregonians are now free to take a knife to a gunfight.

So.... even if you comply with state law regarding the process of obtaining a Firearms permit, the state won't be able to run a background check therefore you can't meet the requirements for complying with state law.

And yet I have people telling me that they support gun Rights, but agree that a training requirement is not an infringement or a big deal......
