OPINION: Dems Believe That Racism Against Whites is Still OK

I've been discriminated against plenty of times because I was white.

I cut thru the courtyard of a housing project in South Philly and every eye was on me.

They thought I was a nut or a cop because most normal white people would take the long way.

What would you call that ?

I was stop at customs in London because of my stone Irish name. I made the mistake of telling them I was on my way to Belfast. The had just intercepted a load of guns bound for the IRA from Philly...my home town.

Oh, some people looked at you. The trauma of it all!

Paranoia on your part. What would you call what you were thinking about them? "They thought" -- Try giving your thought crime The Finger, Mack.

Bigotry, white resentment and privelege are the core values of Trumpism.
Where can I gain knowledge of this phenomenon you call "Trumpism"? Have they published guidelines laying out their core values or anything like that? Asking for a friend who is interested in phantom things like this.

um the guy literally said he wanted to tax, "richer and whiter neighborhoods"

what's the lie? That's what he publicly stated. Do you not agree that it's racist to tax someone based on their race?

This is a clearly dishonest construct.

one promoted by a flagrantly racist OP.

it just happens to be the case that most of the wealthy neighborhoods are overwhelmingly white.

There is no suggestion that only white people in these neighborhoods are the only ones that might face higher taxes, as every white resentment type on this thread is trying to promote,

The relevant question is as follows:

Why would an aspiring mayoral candidate feel the need to inject the race of the inhabitants of the neighborhood in the first place?

Let's make this as obvious as possible. What would be your instinctive reaction if a white candidate were to say the following? "We are going to crack down on crime in our poorer, blacker neighborhoods". Be honest.

There is no suggestion that only black people in those neighborhoods are the only ones that might face more police interactions.

"richer"

Does that = whiter to you?
Yes, because he literally said "whiter".

"Shift the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods," the proposal reads.

Just read the right wing posters on this forum.

Facism, white supremacy, parochial isolationism, appeals to ignorance and hatred of education.

Oh, okay, so there are what, 5 people who define Trumpism for you? Doesn't sound like much to get excited about.

Have you ever been in a housing project in a big DEM city ?

What would you call what I was thinking about them you ask ?

How about experience !

Looking at you is racism? And how did you know their thoughts? Did you stop and take a poll on the way through?

I repeat...have you ever been in a housing project before in a big DEM city ?

I grew up in Philly and I know how the Hood rats roll.

It is called experience.

No, you can listen to right wing podcasts, Fox Noise, and Trump and his lickspittles.

Again, is looking at you racism? Again, did you read minds or did you stop and take a poll? Go.
I grew up near Philly, lived and worked there for long periods. Still live nearby. Driving trucks OTR, I'd deliberately walk around the seedier areas of cities and talk to the locals for fun and educational purposes. Sure, one must deal with a few poor people who pose threats and try to screw you. Same applies in spades to rich people every day. Check the mail. Shysters! Most strangers we approach in real life turn out to be welcoming and delightful.

So why did he say white? Cause he’s a racist

And you continue to defend what he said cause you a demklan bigot

Can you link to any of those doing what you imagined them doing or are you just imagining that they have to because Orange Man Bad?

If what you suggest is true, to exact more taxes from the wealthier residents, then why the "whiter" distinction?
There is no suggestion that only white people in these neighborhoods are the only ones that might face higher taxes, as every white resentment type on this thread is trying to promote,
Mandani's the one who made the "whiter" distinction, not the "white resentment types".
