The goal was to bring in as many illegals as possible and use sanctuary cites with benefits and free healthcare to attract them to democrat states. Millions have fled democrat states and in the next census they will lose seats in the house.

According to recent analyses of population trends, Democrats are projected to lose between 9 and 12 seats in the congressional reapportionment that follows the 2030 census. These are not seats held by Democrats but rather the number of seats that states trending Democratic are expected to lose in total, which will then be redistributed to states trending Republican Google

If democrats bring in enough illegals they can actually increase seats and dominate elections grant amnesty and create millions of voters from the illegals.

So how did this work out.

Along with illegals came tens of thousands of rapists drug dealers, child molesters, drunks, killers, gang members, prisoners from Venezuela's prisons and they went right to democrat cities and crime exploded.
So did democrats increase the police no way they covered up the crimes defunded police and stopped reporting all their crimes.

People died were raped abused killed trafficked and gangs took over .
