Without that $30 billion the Ukrainian government would be insolvent and the rest of the country would have been thrown to the Russians. What was left of it after the Obama administration had already stupidly lost the Crimean peninsula to the Russians.

It is the exact opposite. His failure to investigate Burisma led to the Obama Administration's policy to withold economic aid until the CORRUPT prosecutor was fired. The IMF wanted him fired because he was corrupt. REPUBLICAN Senator Ron Johnson sent a letter to Ukraine saying essentially the same thing.
