OOPS! BLM Co-Founder Tells The Truth, Violates IRS Laws

By Dino Parrazzo
The truth slipped out when a co-founder of the Black Lives Matter Global Network weighed in on the 2020 election…a violation of IRS laws prohibiting 501(c)(3) organizations from engaging in campaign activity. The Federalist reports – Patrisse Cullors, in her official capacity as a co-founder of the BLM Global Network, told CNN that “our goal is to get Trump out.”

“Fiscal sponsorships allow the sponsoring organization to accept and direct donations on behalf of the sponsored group. But an organization sponsored by a 501(c)(3) is still required to comply with the regulations governing nonprofits, and is still prohibited from making partisan political statements,”

Comment:
Will there be a get out of jail card for the principles of #BLM?
In addition, BLM is channeling their money thru Act Blue and donating to DNC. CUT them off!!! They are not 501 C3.
If #BLM loses their 501(c)(3) exemption, their charity designation the hundreds of millions they've received in donations will not be deductible and will have to be identified.
Hmm...., sounds to me like we need to send a team of FBI agents in to investigate. Apparently 15 of them are sitting around with nothing to do now that their NASCAR rope case was solved.

It's OK, Doc, relax. They are peaceful protestors on a mission from God. They're allowed to do anything. :smoke:

It might be a violation. Problem is, if they lose theirs Franklin Graham loses his.

Not that it will happen, but the GOP and the government could file and file and file motion after motion of charges against them; forcing them to spend 10's, if not 100's of millions of dollars in legal fees.

You know, pull a Bob Meuller on them.
