To be fair I wonder how much of it actually still works. They probably can keep the small arms up and running, but I don't have much faith in the mechanical and technical abilities of the Taliban.

At least your Saudi/Iranian/Gulf State terrorist has some education, and Iran has technical schools for this sort of thing. The Taliban? Not so much.
