They said that was the only footage they had at the time. Maybe someone saw some Palestinian's dancing on 9/11 and the video was trying to replicate that. But it was not shot on 9/11.

As far as the second, I don't think anyone should be celebrating the kidnapping of children. I also don't think Israel should continue to blame Hamas, without showing any evidence they were involved. If Hamas was involved, show the evidence and blame away.
