Interesting both in the number of votes he cast and the number he was absent for. But it is obvious that he voted for every single Democratic initiative and opposed every proposed Republican amendment. And now he accuses the Republicans of blind partisanship and being obstructionists.

He only voted for issues that would not bring light to what he was, and hinder his bid to be president.

As it stands right now, Obama has lost 2/3 of the Independents that voted for him in 2008. Independents as a group are the ones that swing elections.
