The drugs these days are pretty potent so yeah, some might. Some are likely to die in Drunk Driving accidents on the way home from the concert, probably taking innocent people with them. Some will likely go home and kill their significant others in a fit of intoxicated rage.

Some will go home, mellow out a bit, think about what a great concert it was and then head off to the basement for some game time the next morning.
