Of course the whole hacking discussion ignores the fact that the DNC cheated it's own members to rig the primaries, Hillary violated law and ethics in her handling of sensitive material and there was substantial voter fraud in heavily Democratic districts. Better to talk about some anonymous foreign villain than discuss your own faults.
