Minnesota Repubicans have turned over documents to the US Attorneys office in Minnesota, showing Omar to be guilty of multiple state & federal felonies, including tax fraud, immigration fraud, healthcare fraud, student loan fraud, FAFSA fraud, and perjury.

Not surprising since illegal aliens have little respect for American law, including those who manage to get themselves selected to being a lawmaker. Seems as though when "Omar" came to the US, using a phony name, and claiming to be a member of a family having been granted refugee status, her immigration was phony and illegal.

She remains an illegal alien, and subject to deportation, as well as arrest for her multiple felonies.
