But her lawyer did well by her.
He got her admissions/statements and some of the physical evidence tossed out. (Yes, that means the judge DID toss out the soiled TODDLER-sized diapers. "Judge tosses out dirty diapers! Film at 11.")
That effective kind of work by a defense attorney is very helpful to a defendant.
