And that was one of the reasons I knew most of the claims by the cops were bullshit. You see the diapers they found were not adult diapers they were kids diapers.

For most people, the videotapes of the stalking itself and the physical evidence (including the hammer, knife, rubber tubing and garbage bags) found in her car (and DIRTY DIAPERS) as well as her admissions would have been enough for a more serious consequence in terms of the plea deal to avoid trial. But her lawyer did well by her.

He got her admissions/statements and some of the physical evidence tossed out. (Yes, that means the judge DID toss out the soiled TODDLER-sized diapers. "Judge tosses out dirty diapers! Film at 11.")

That effective kind of work by a defense attorney is very helpful to a defendant.

It turned out to be not so good for the astronut's victim or for the prosecution's case. This might explain the sweetheart deal astronut lady received....
